Founder | Heart & Steel Consulting
I believe successful organizations are built through strong leadership, intentional systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
My career has been shaped by a passion for helping organizations navigate challenges, strengthen operations, and create environments where people and businesses can thrive.
With a professional background spanning educational leadership, organizational development, and manufacturing operations, I bring a unique perspective to business consulting—one that combines people-centered leadership with practical, results-driven solutions.
I hold a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a minor in Mathematics Education.
I am also expanding my expertise through graduate study in Artificial Intelligence in Business at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, strengthening my focus on emerging technologies, business strategy, and organizational transformation.
My background in leadership, systems thinking, and continuous improvement informs the way I approach every business challenge.
Growth is the goal. Chaos shouldn't be the price.
Through Heart & Steel Consulting, I aim to help businesses develop stronger leadership, more effective operations, and sustainable strategies for long-term success.

I don't believe in complicated solutions for the sake of complexity.
I believe in understanding how an organization operates, identifying what is working and what isn't, and developing practical strategies that create meaningful improvements.
My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience, emphasizing collaboration, organizational alignment, and solutions that can be implemented and sustained.
Whether working with a business owner navigating growth, a leadership team looking to improve performance, or an organization seeking to modernize its operations, my goal is to help bridge the gap between where an organization is today and where it wants to be.
The name Heart & Steel represents two principles that have guided my leadership philosophy.
Heart represents the people behind every organization; the relationships, trust, collaboration, and shared purpose that make meaningful progress possible.
Steel represents the structure, resilience, discipline, and strategic thinking required to build organizations that succeed over time.
I believe the strongest businesses need both.
People-centered leadership without effective systems can lead to frustration and burnout. Strong systems without attention to people can limit engagement, adaptability, and growth.
Heart & Steel Consulting was founded on the belief that organizations shouldn't have to choose between the two.
